This town, headed by Governor Swann, is all about order. One misstep could easily land a short drop and a sudden stop. However, it's not all bad, this thriving community has tight bonds and high moral standings. Just remember two things; 1, "pirates, ye be warned" and it's a schilling to tie your boat to the dock.

This is where all pirate ships make berth. It's rather dry and dismal but is one of the safest places to rest in the entire ocean.

A natural hang-out for lowlife's of all sorts. In Tortuga, anything goes, there's no law enforcement so watch your back. This harbor is also where pirates go to pick up crews or wait to become part of a crew.

Sub-boards: The Dock, The Inn

It's a deserted island in the middle of nowhere. Perhaps it's a good hiding spot for one of the biggest treasures of all? who knows

No normal compass will direct you to this island. It's only found by those who know where it is and lost to those who don't. The Isle contains magnificent treasures of great value However, there is a rumor of many cursed treasures within the Island's Cove. Are you willing to take that risk?

The island's astounding beauty hides the dangers within. At first glance it seems like heaven on earth but venture much further and hordes of cannibals anxiously await. It's not uncommon to mysteriously vanish in these parts.
